We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or flag any transaction at our discretion for security or verification purposes.

  1. TRANSACTION MONITORING AND FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect both the customer and the business, we implement security measures including payment verification checks, IP address logging, device fingerprinting, velocity checks, transaction monitoring, and CAPTCHA or bot detection systems.

Transactions identified as high-risk may be delayed, canceled, or require identity verification prior to fulfillment.

  1. NO REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL GOODS)

You agree not to initiate a chargeback for services that have already been delivered or accessed.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks constitute a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment processor, revoke access to all products and services, and recover fees, costs, and damages associated with the dispute.

  1. DELIVERY AND ACCESS POLICY

Access to digital products is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation.

If access is not received, you must contact support within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to access or use the product does not constitute non-delivery.

  1. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
